Activated Alumina

The provided Activated Alumina is additionally known as aluminum oxide that is safe against abrasion and thermal shock. This does not disintegrate, swell and soften shrink when poured into water because it has tremendous and greatly porous surface area. It has the lifted capacity for water when contrasted with silica gel at higher temperatures. This function as desiccant for air and other warm gases. Our Activated Alumina has 345-415 m2/gm surface area that makes it useful for broad applications that are mentioned below:
  • Drying of organic fluids, for example LPG, fluorocarbons, steam cracked liquids, gasoline, aromatic solvents, etc.
  • Drying of gases and air, for example, synthesis gases, LNG, natural gas, steam cracked gases, etc.
